The female vocalist delivers another outstanding performance on “Canada’s Got Talent.” Simone Soman overcomes her blindness by raising her voice to sing. She has overcome all challenges and now stands proudly on the CGT stage. Simone has had both eyes blind since birth.
“Blindness is something I’ve learned to live with and accept,” she says. She left the stage to raise her two children with her fiancé, Rick.
Simone wants to get back to doing what she enjoys now that the kids are in school. Her goal is to inspire her own children and demonstrate the value of perseverance. “I really want my kids to be proud of this performance!” says Simone.
