Daneliya Tuleshova, a talented Kazakh singer, gained recognition for her impressive performances across various international talent shows. She represented Kazakhstan in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with the song “Ózińe sen,” achieving a commendable sixth place.
Prior to her success at Junior Eurovision, Daneliya won the fourth season of The Voice Kids Ukraine and was a finalist in the 2015 New Wave for Children competition. In 2019, she showcased her talent on The World’s Best, partnering with Dimash Kudaibergen to represent their country. Additionally, she reached the finals of season 15 of America’s Got Talent.
Born on July 18, 2006, in the Kazakh capital of Astana (now Nur-Sultan), Daneliya is the daughter of Elena Tuleshova and Alexander Tuleshov, both from mixed Kazakh and Tatar backgrounds. She has two younger sisters.
Daneliya’s journey into the world of performing arts began after she recovered from a gymnastics injury at the age of 4, transitioning to diving. She also pursued contemporary dance classes in Almaty and received training in acting and singing. By the end of 2018, she was a sixth grader at Lyceum 56, where she excelled in mathematics.
Although born in Nur-Sultan, Daneliya considers the city of Almaty as her hometown, as she expressed in an interview with Kazakh video producer Rauana Kokumbaeva, which was shared on YouTube in February 2019.
